MS One to One is a 24/7 nurse support service for Sanofi Genzyme’s Multiple Sclerosis medications, Lemtrada and Aubagio. The goal was help people and families start productive conversations with their HCPs to better understand how insurance coverage and financial assistance works sothey are better equipped to choose a health plan. Partnering with a copywriter and creative director, I art directed and redesigned the website, blog templates, CRM, and icons to modernize the nurse support service.
Results
Successfully built a MS One to One Brand ecosystem by creating and adapting branding across a multi-channel marketing strategy leading increasing brand awareness for HCP and improving registration for patients through improved CRM, website, Facebook, Instagram Blogs, banner ads, banner bots, welcome kits, in-office brochures, and event marketing. We empowered patients and families to tell stories through the blog while providing value by sharing health and lifestyle tips. We created deeper engagement with the service to drive registration in order to prompt treatment evaluation and encourage engagement on the website to useweb-based tools like the Symptom Tracker, Doctor Discussion Guides, and Health Insurance Brochures.
Walk MS #DemandMore Campaign

We educated and brought MS awareness to Walk MS events through MS One to One’s #DemandMore campaign. Walk MS® unites us as a powerful community and is dedicated to raise funds and make a difference for the nearly 1 million people living with MS in the United States.
I took photos of the Walk MS walkers posing with custom designed signs on a selfie backdrop to express that it’s time to #DemandMore from their MS treatments and encourage people to be proactive, set goals, and treat early with effective treatment.
